LONDON - For all their time on the worlds biggest tennis stage — Roger Federer in 24 Grand Slam finals and Novak Djokovic in 13 — two of the sports "Big 4" have met in only one major final: Federer won in straight sets at the 2007 U. ETwaun Moore Jersey .S. Open. Theyll renew their rivalry in a championship match at Wimbledon on Sunday and equal a Grand Slam record. Its the 12th time theyve met in any round of a major, equaling Djokovics duel with Rafael Nadal in majors. Watch all the action live on TSN and TSN GO, and you can listen to the match on TSN Radio 1050 in Toronto. Federer leads Djokovic 6-5 in Grand Slams tournaments, including a win the only time theyve met at Wimbledon — Federer prevailing in four sets in the 2012 semifinals, the only time theyve met on grass. The Swiss star holds an 18-16 edge in career matches, although Djokovic has won three of five matches theyve played since 2013, including this year on clay at Monte Carlo. Federer is making his first appearance in a Grand Slam final since he won here in 2012, and has done it emphatically — dropping just one set in six matches. Here are five other things to know about Sundays match on Centre Court at the All England Club: TOP RANKING: A victory by Djokovic will return him to the No. 1 ranking for the first time since September of last year, taking over from Nadal. Djokovic first rose to No. 1 when he won his only Wimbledon title in 2011, although he was already guaranteed of securing the top ranking even before beating Nadal in the final. NOT THIS TIME: Defending champion Andy Murray, who lost to Grigor Dimitrov in the quarterfinals here, or Nadal, who was beaten by Nick Kyrgios in the fourth round, had featured in 18 consecutive Grand Slam finals. DOMINATION CONTINUES: The final match-up guarantees that 36 of the past 38 Grand Slam singles titles have gone to a member of the Big 4 — Federer, Djokovic, Murray and Nadal. For trivia buffs, the ones they didnt win: the 2005 French Open (Juan Martin del Potro) and this years Australian Open (Stan Wawrinka). NOVAK SAYS: "We know each others games. Most of the matches weve played against each other went the distance, so Im going to be physically ready and fit. The key against him is trying to not allow him to dictate too much because he likes to be very aggressive, he likes to come to the net. Im going to have to be able to get as many returns back in the court and try to also stay closer to the line, protect the baseline." ROGER SAYS: "We both like to take charge, especially on quicker courts. He has a wonderful way of either re-directing or taking the ball early, taking pace from the opponent, even generating some of his own. Theres not really a safe place you can play into. Novak can hurt you down the line or cross-court on both sides. Hes really improved ... his forehand, his serve, his movement clearly is what stands out the most. I think for me its really important to stay aggressive." Jrue Holiday Pelicans Jersey . But defending champion Elena Vesnina of Russia held off a strong challenge to beat Shuai Peng of China 6-3, 6-4, and there was another hard-fought victory for 2012 runner-up Angelique Kerber of Germany, who defeated Alison Riske of the United States 7-6 (6), 6-4. Anthony Davis Jersey . Lack replaced an injured Roberto Luongo late in the first period then watched defenceman Chris Tanev score the winning goal midway through the third as the Vancouver Canucks defeated the Jets 2-1 in a tight NHL game. http://www.shoppelicansonline.com/Authentic-Anthony-Davis-Pelicans-Jersey/ .J. -- Freshman Eli Carter scored a career-high 31 points and hit the go-ahead basket in the second overtime as Rutgers rallied to stun No.TORONTO – Jose Bautista is nearing a return to the Blue Jays lineup and pinch hit in the sixth inning of Sundays series finale against the White Sox. Batting for Dioner Navarro with runners on the corners and the Jays down 2-0 at the time, Bautista grounded out to end the inning. Fans who arrived to watch batting practice were treated to Bautistas first public testing of his injured left hamstring. He was running sprints in the outfield; he estimated at about 50 to 60-percent effort and admitted to feeling some pain, which he said he expected. Bautista will work out on Mondays off day and is hopeful of being in the starting lineup on Tuesday when the Jays play a Canada Day matinee against the Brewers. He hasnt been in the starting lineup since removing himself in the third inning of the June 22 loss in Cincinnati. "You know, its huge," said Bautista of avoiding the disabled list. Then he offered a precautionary thought: "Obviously thats still not in the plans but you never know how things are going to respond," said Bautista. "I just want to make it clear that I can get back into playing and because theres a previous injury there anything can happen. Im not trying to jinx it or anything but thats just reality." Bautista has been hitting in the underneath batting cage. "I feel like hitting is much easier right now than running," he said. While its superfluous to suggest the Blue Jays miss Bautista when hes not in the lineup the matter became more pronounced as the club faced three Chicago lefthanders over the wweekend. ETwaun Moore Pelicans Jersey. After two home games versus Milwaukee, against right-handed starters, the Jays kick off their next road trip with four games in Oakland. The As will throw three left-handers at the Blue Jays in that series. Bautistas done serious damage to southpaws this year. Seven of his 15 home runs have been hit off of lefties. Hes accomplished that in only 57 at-bats. His on-base plus slugging percentage sits at an otherworldly 1.329. Combine Bautistas absence with the predominantly right-handed lineup manager John Gibbons has played this weekend, featuring Triple-A call ups Brad Glenn and Darin Mastroianni, and offence has been in relatively short supply. Left-handed hitters Adam Lind and Colby Rasmus, when theyve played, have struggled as the numbers would suggest they would. Bautista isnt committing to whether hell be Tuesdays designated hitter or take his usual spot in right field. "If I come in and feel 100-percent and great and go out on the field and play defence and I could not feel 100-percent and ask to DH instead of playing the field," said Bautista. "It all depends on how I feel on Tuesday and I wont know that until Tuesday." If Bautistas hamstring limits him to the designated hitters role, that likely removes Adam Lind from the Canada Day starting lineup. Against a right-handed starting pitcher, thats less than ideal. Should Bautista declare himself fit to play right field, Edwin Encarnacion and Adam Lind would both play, one as the designated hitter and the other at first base. ' ' '
