The IIHF says Russian hockey federation officials agreed to Bilyaletdinovs departure after meeting with him on Wednesday. Pavelec has now stopped 112 of his last 118 shots for three wins in his last three starts, for a save percentage of .949. “It was a hard road game,” continued Coach Noel. “Their speed and skill gave us trouble in our end. Its a hard place to win. We were in good shape going into the third and even though we were outshot our attitude was tremendous. We are happy with four wins in five games.
