While we will breakdown the schedule once it is officially known, we will also keep up with all of the rumors and leaks of the schedule throughout the day.According to The Athletic’s New England Patriots beat reporter Jeff Howe, the Dolphins will be visiting the Patriots in Week 17 to end the season. Howe also reports the Dolphins will host the Patriots in Week 2. That would put the homefield advantage in play for both teams, with the Patriots dealing with the Miami head in early September, then the Dolphins facing the cold and (likely) snow of New England in December.Another AFC East division rival, the New York Jets will visit Miami in Week 9, then host the Dolphins in Week 14, according to New York Daily News reporter Manish Mehta (via Joe Schad).Update (12:52pm): The Palm Beach Post’s Joe Schad adds the Dolphins will host the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1.Update (12:57pm): Safid Deen from the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports the Dolphins will visit the Cleveland Browns in Week 12.Update (1:12pm): Back in February, there was a rumor that the Dolphins would play at the Cowboys on Thanksgiving. If that rumors becomes true, that game would be Week 13 and - if other leaks/rumors are correct - would put the Dolphins on the road to visit the Cowboys four days after being on the road to play the Browns. Not ideal. It would also mean the Dolphins were on the road for three straight games, at the Browns, at the Cowboys, and at the Jets.Update (1:30pm): Northjersey.com reporter Art Stapleton has the Dolphins visiting the Giants in Week 15. That puts Miami’s two visits to MetLife Stadium in back-to-back weeks. Would the Dolphins just stay up in the area rather than return to Miami only to fly right back in between the two games?Thoughts (1:42pm): This seems odd. Four of the last six weeks for the Dolphins have been reported to be on the road. Add in the rumor of the Thanksgiving game, and the Dolphins are playing at least five of their eight road games at the end of the season. That could be great early in the year for Miami, where they can use the heat and humidity of South Florida to their advantage, but what a weird gauntlet the NFL would be setting up down the stretch for the Dolphins. Not sure if something will change here and one (or more) of the leaks/rumors will be wrong, but that is a lot of time traveling at the end of the year.Update (2:26pm): Adam Beasley reports the Dolphins will have a Monday Night Football game in Week 8, visiting the Pittsburgh Steelers.Math/Logic (2:32pm): Okay, time to start piecing together some other pieces. The Dolphins do not have games leaked/rumored in Weeks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, and 16 right now. How do the teams not yet slotted (vs./@ Bills, vs. Bengals, vs. Chargers, vs. Eagles, vs. Redskins, @ Colts) look leak wise?Neither Bills game is in this schedule yet, which means Miami has to play Buffalo twice somewhere in the span. Leaks of the Bills schedule rules out 4 (vs. Patriots), 10 (@ Browns), and 16 (@ Patriots).Bills games could be Weeks 3 Womens Charles Harris Jersey , 5, 6, 7, 11.The only Bengals leaks so far have lined up with the Dolphins, so any of the weeks could still hold that game. Bengals game could be Weeks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 16.The Chargers will play in Mexico City in Week 11, so that possibility is ruled out. Chargers game could be Weeks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 16.Philadelphia hosts the Jets in Week 5 and the Patriots in Week 11, knocking out those two spots. Eagles game could be Weeks 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 16.Washington has the Patriots in Week 5, then the Jets in Week 11, opposite of the Eagles schedule. They also have the Bears in Week 3 and Giants in Weeks 4 and 16. Redskins game could be Weeks 6, 7, 10.Colts have only one game leaked thus far, a Week 15 Monday night game, so they could still fill any of Miami’s missing dates. Colts game could be Weeks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 Xavien Howard Jersey , 11, 16.Well, that was not as fruitful as I had hoped.Update (2:56pm): According to the Miami Herald (Armando Salguero, Adam Beasley, and Barry Jackson), the Dolphins will visit the Bills in Week 7 and host Buffalo in Week 11.Update (4:09pm): The Miami Herald has reported the Dolphins at Cowboys game will not be on Thanksgiving. Instead it is in Week 3. Update (4:15pm): The Miami Herald adds the Chargers in Miami in Week 4.Update (4:41pm): The Miami Herald adds the ETWeek 2New England Patriots at Miami DolphinsSeptember 15, 1pm ETWeek 3Miami Dolphins @ Dallas CowboysSeptember 22, 1pm ETWeek 4 Los Angeles Chargers @ Miami DolphinsSeptember 29, 1pm ETWeek 5BYEWeek 6Washington Redskins at Miami DolphinsOctober 13, 1pm ETWeek 7Miami Dolphins at Buffalo BillsOctober 20, 1pm ETWeek 8 Miami Dolphins at Pittsburgh SteelersOctober 28, Monday Night Football, 8:15pm ET Week 9New York Jets at Miami DolphinsNovember 3, 1pm ETWeek 10Miami Dolphins at Indianapolis ColtsNovember 10, 4:05pm ETWeek 11Buffalo Bills at Miami DolphinsNovember 17, 1pm ETWeek 12Miami Dolphins @ Cleveland BrownsNovember 24, 1pm ETWeek 13 Philadelphia Eagles at Miami DolphinsDecember 1, 1pm ETWeek 14Miami Dolphins at New York JetsDecember 8, 1pm ETWeek 15Miami Dolphins at New York GiantsDecember 15, 1pm ETWeek 16Cincinnati Bengals at Miami DolphinsDecember 22, 1pm ETWeek 17Miami Dolphins at New England PatriotsDecember 29, 1pm ETDolphins Regular Season Opponents 2019The NFL schedule is built based on a rotation of opposing divisions. Each team will face the other three teams in a home-and-home series for each every season. Then the division will face one division from within their conference each season, and one division from the other conference. Finally, the last two games to make up the 16 game schedule will be teams from the two divisions within the same conference that finished in the same relative position in their division standings as the team being scheduled. In other words, the Dolphins will face the AFC East rivals (Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, New York Jets) twice this season - and every season - once in Miami and once on the road. Then the AFC East will face all of the teams from the AFC North (Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers) and the NFC East (Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins). The final two opponents for Miami will be the teams from the AFC South (Indianapolis Colts) and AFC West (Los Angeles Chargers) who finished second in their divisions, as Miami did in the AFC East last year. Here is how the home and away schedule will break down for the Dolphins:HomeBuffalo BillsNew England PatriotsNew York JetsBaltimore RavensCincinnati BengalsLos Angeles ChargersPhiladelphia EaglesWashington RedskinsAwayBuffalo BillsNew England PatriotsNew York JetsCleveland BrownsDallas CowboysIndianapolis ColtsNew York GiantsPittsburgh SteelersMiami Dolphins Preseason Schedule 2019Preseason Week 1 (Aug. 8-12)Atlanta Falcons at Miami DolphinsPreseason Week 2 (Aug. 15-19)Miami Dolphins at Tampa Bay BuccaneersPreseason Week 3 (Aug. 22-25)Jacksonville Jaguars at Miami DolphinsAugust 22, 8pm ETNational Television Broadcast: FOXPreseason Week 4 (Aug. 29-30)Miami Dolphins at New Orleans Saints MIAMI (AP) — Contemplating the agony of the Miami Dolphins‘ latest defeat, coach Adam Gase drew on his experience http://www.thedolphinslockerroom.com/authentic-raekwon-mcmillan-jersey , wishing he had less of it.“You always debate — are you better off getting blown out, or losing in a heartbreaker,” Gase said. His conclusion?“No matter which way you do it, it just hurts the same,” he said. The Dolphins (7-7) have lost both ways too much this year. Ditto Jacksonville (4-10), Miami’s opponent Sunday. Here are things to know about two teams afflicted with the holidays blahs:ALSO-RAN STATUSA 41-17 loss at Minnesota last week pushed Miami to the verge of elimination from the AFC playoff race, and dropped Gase’s three-year record in games decided by more than one score to 3-18.That’s a lot of lopsided losses, including three this year. The 2018 Dolphins also squandered fourth-quarter double-digit leads in two defeats. That’s why they’re ninth in the AFC race for six playoff berths. They’ll likely be postseason spectators for the 15th time in the past 17 seasons.“It is out of our hands,” quarterback Ryan Tannehill said. “We do not have any control in this situation. We are going to need a lot of help.”The Jaguars are beyond help. They’ve lost nine of their past 10 games and seem to be getting worse, scoring a total of 28 points in the three weeks since Cody Kessler replaced Blake Bortles at quarterback.“What is on the field is my responsibility,” said coach Doug Marrone, who is 15-17 with the Jaguars. “I have done a poor job of communicating, of keeping everyone on track, of keeping everyone consistent. That falls solely on me.”GROUNDED JAGSJacksonville is one of two NFL teams (along with Philadelphia) that hasn’t had a 100-yard rusher this season. Leonard Fournette gained 95 yards on the ground in consecutive games last month, but hasn’t topped 50 yards rushing in the three weeks since .“Obviously it’s shocking,” said Marrone, whose offensive identity is to run the ball and take advantage of play-action passes. The Jaguars will try to end the skid against Miami, which ranks 31st in the league against the run.ROOKIE’S BREAKOUTNFL active rushing leader Frank Gore will miss the final two games because of a sprained foot, which likely will mean more snaps for Dolphins rookie Kalen Ballage. The fourth-round draft pick from Arizona State rushed for a career-high 123 yards last week, including 75 for his first career touchdown.Ballage wasn’t keen to discuss his performance at Minnesota.“Not to be rude or anything,” he said, “but we lost.”HOMECOMING OF SORTSFor Jaguars defensive end Calais Campbell, a two-time all-Atlantic Coast Conference selection at the University of Miami, this trip has more meaning than most.“It’s fun to compete in the old stomping grounds,” Campbell said. “I found a lot of success in that city in college.”Campbell had hoped to face Gore, one of his college teammates, and still plans on getting Gore’s jersey — but not his Dolphins No. 21. Campbell, who spent the first nine years of his career in Arizona, plans on asking Gore for a San Francisco 49ers jersey since they had so many “great battles” in the NFC West.Gore spent 10 years in San Francisco.HOME-FIELD ADVANTAGEThe Dolphins have been awful on the road, but only one AFC team has a better home record than their 6-1 mark.Tannehill has won nine consecutive home starts. He has 17 touchdown passes and a 129.4 rating in his past six home games.“It’s an honor to get to go out and step foot on that field every time we get to play at home,” Tannehill said. “We want to put on a good show for our fans.”Jacksonville is 1-5 on the road, including losses of 40-7 at Dallas and 30-9 at Tennessee.
